Little Round Spots

I went to the doctor the other day for a rash and found out I have SHINGLES. 

Since Shingles is caused by the same virus that causes Chicken Pox, we have been on the lookout lately for little round spots on our girls.

This morning, I swore I saw some little round spots on Eisley. I mean, I wasn't SURE, exactly. It could have just been the lighting or something. But the more I looked, the more I swore I could see spots.

So I took a picture because sometimes it's easier to see things on a picture:

Here it is. What do you think? Do you see little round spots?

Or is it just me?

Eh, I was probably just seeing things.

My baby is 10 weeks old.

First Painting

This is a portrait of the artist as a young toddler.

No one showed her how to paint; she knew just what to do.

The rinse water quickly turned into a color of its own.

She concentrated very hard.

In between most brush strokes she turned around and exclaimed: "PRETTY!"

It was hard work.

and a little messy.

But the artist was rather ho-hum about the mess. 

She was too busy shouting: "UP HIGH!" to describe the proximity of her painting.

while delighting in the creative process. 

But an artist at work...

Still has to be quiet when baby is sleeping.

And must clean up the mess when the masterpiece is complete.
